How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

How can I see the status of my order?
If you have registered with Photosnap, you can check your order status online. If you have already ordered without registering, you will have received an email with a username and password to view your order status.
Your order will display with a status as follows:

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
No. Photosnap prints thousands of photos through a highly automated system to ensure quality. Your order cannot be stopped or modified once it has been placed so we are unable to accept requests to modify or cancel orders.
What types of photo files can I upload?
Most digital cameras and mobile phones save photos in JPG format. Photosnap accepts most of the common image files types, including JPG, BMP, GIF and PNG. The system will tell you if the file type you have uploaded is unsupported or if it is too large.
Who owns the copyright to photos I upload?

You retain any copyright that you own. If you decide to share your photo through Facebook or by providing a link to another network or person, you are granting them license to view and print your photo. Where can I find help on how to use Photosnap?
How clearly will my photo appear?
It depends on the resolution of the photo you uploaded. Most photos taken from digital cameras and modern mobile phones will produce good quality small photographs, greeting cards and printed mugs. However, if you want to print something of a larger size, such as a canvas, you should upload a higher resolution image. Most digital cameras allow you to set the resolution. High quality prints require high resolution photos, so change this setting to high on your camera. Note that high resolution photos take longer to upload since they typically have a larger file size. WARNING: Please look at the Print Quality indicator on the left of your selected product. If it warns you that your image is too small, it will not print clearly on your selected product and you are advised to NOT print it on that product.
Will my photo be automatically cropped and what can I do if a part that I want printed is being cut off?
Photos are automatically cropped to fit the dimensions of the product you select to print. For canvas art, part of the photo will also be wrapped around the sides of the wooden frame the canvas is mounted to. It's easy to see how your photo will be cropped or wrapped - once you've uploaded a photo and selected a product, simply click on the 'Actual printed area' thumbnail to view which area of your photo will actually be printed on the face of the selected product. If your subject is very close to the edge of your photo, it may be cropped. To avoid this occurring, you can (a) manually crop the photo yourself prior to uploading it, to more closely resemble the dimensions of the product you are printing to. This will result in less automated cropping after your photo is uploaded, (b) try selecting a different product, since most products have different dimensions of their print areas and the cropping may appear differently, or (c) select a different photo to upload, which does not have its subject so near to the edges.
Can I add a border to my photo before I upload it, to control which area of my photo gets printed on the face of a canvas?
Not recommended. Photos are automatically cropped to fit the dimensions of the product you select to print. For canvas art, part of the photo will also become wrapped around the sides of the wooden frame the canvas is mounted to. This can further reduce the amount of the photo that gets printed on the face of the canvas. Each canvas size has different dimensions relative to the depth of the wooden frame. For example the 12x18" canvas is approximately 305x456mm and 28mm deep. However we recommend that you do NOT upload a photo with your own border for canvas art, because the wooden frames are hand assembled and the canvases are mounted by hand to each frame. This can cause subtle variations in the actual dimensions of the face of your canvas, and also with the exact positioning of your canvas when it is face down being affixed to the frame. We cannot guarantee that your border will align neatly with the edges of the frame and if you choose to manually add your own border, you do so at your own risk.
Does it cost anything to register with Photosnap?
No. It's free to register.
How long will Photosnap store the photos I upload?
Current Photosnap policy is to store your photos freely for you as long as you have made at least one order in the last 365 days. We reserve the right to change this policy. If we do, we will notify you by email or through the Photosnap website. If you are simply seeking free photo storage, we recommend using Google Picasaweb.
Can I pay extra to have my order delivered faster?
No. Orders are processed automatically in the order they are received.
Can I change the delivery address or other details after my order has been placed?
No. Orders are processed automatically and your delivery details cannot be changed for an order once it is placed. You can however select a different address when you place another order.
Can I extend the expiry date on my coupon for Photosnap.co.nz?
No. The extremely low price of our coupon offers are only made possible by our supply chain agreeing to a short period of price support where all companies briefly discount their pricing as a promotional exercise. This discounted arrangement ceases on an agreed fixed date and we are unable to extend the expiry date beyond the date displayed on your coupon.
I applied a coupon, so why is it showing I still have an amount to pay?
Please check that you selected the exact product that the coupon relates to and that you only have one item in your cart at a time. The coupon will only work with the correct product, and one item (and one coupon) at a time.
What do I do if it's saying my coupon is invalid but I don't think I actually completed my order?
Complete our support form with your full details including the coupon code, your contact details and your Photosnap username. Our Customer Support team will investigate and get back to you.
